Okay, so i was inspired to draw this picture from a pokemon creepypasta. Basically, creepypastas are stories meant to scare or give negative emotions or discomfort to the reader. I cant remember the exact definition...

it's entitled "Banette Creepypasta". Yeah, not very creative in my opinion...

But, i wouldnt have been inspired to do this pic of it wasnt for . She submitted a picture called Pokemon Glitchy Red, and shes the reason i found and got interested in Creepypastas. So, if you havent seen it, click on her icon and go see. (plus her stuffs amazing anyways)
